Trainees, nurses and technicians

For Trainees, nurses and technicians a proof of status is required in order to complete the registration. A proof of status is an official letter written in English and signed by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead and not older than 3 months

Group Registrations

If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), contact the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less €25 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Cancellations must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat in writing before 24 January 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 24 January 2023.
Whether the congress -in case of Covid outbreaks- should be moved to an online-only solution after 24 January 2023 no reimbursement will be issued.

All refunds will be issued after the end of the Congress.
